Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Deposits
To secure your transfer, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid to the driver upon arrival (Cash or Card).
2. Waiting Time & Flight Delays
We monitor all flights. We include 60 minutes of free waiting time from the moment your plane lands. If you are delayed at luggage claim for more than an hour, please contact us via WhatsApp immediately.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Deposit can be reused for a future booking.
Cancellations under 24 hours or "No-Shows": The deposit will be kept as compensation for the driver's time and fuel.
4. Luggage & Passengers
The client must specify if carrying extra-large items (golf clubs, strollers, etc.). For safety, smoking and eating are not permitted inside the vehicle.
